Mr. Nhak Siveun 
My name is Nhak Siveun,  Siveun is my name given by my father, My profession is Community Forestry Enterprise Development Specialist.
I started my blog www.siveunkh.blog.com since 2013 after I returned from field work in Mondulkiri province where I found many cases that I have to share to my friends. 
I graduated in Rural Development Bachelor Degree from Chea Sim University of Kamchaymear (CSUK). I am a Cambodian national with five years of experiences in natural resource management, M&E, community forestry, community planning, livelihood development; community Fishery, NTFP small Enterprise, networking establishment and sustainable natural resource management and extensive experience at national, provincial, and grassroots level in Cambodia.
 I’m currently a Provincial Community Forestry Enterprise Specialist within Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO-UN). I am responsible for implementation the project “Enhancing Community Based Forest Management and Utilization for the improvement of rural livelihoods in Cambodia” in northeastern province (Mondulkiri) in Cambodia. The overall management are supporting to all projects stakeholders and government partners on community forestry legalization, capacity building, initiate commercial activities, data collection and dissemination for the projects. Provide coaching to project partner and supporting to National Project Team Leader to develop AWPB, M&E plan and reporting.
In 2010, I was a Community Engagement Project Assistant with Eastern Plant Landscape, WWF-Cambodia; I had implemented to initiate the Community Enterprise Development, Ecotourism, and Community Conservation Forest across the landscape. Besides I had supported the community to develop community development plan, livelihood assessment, capacity assessment, community biodiversity conservation strategy and inventory activities. Support to design participatory M&E tool, system and processes that increase the effectiveness and accountability of project and set up framework for incorporating beneficiary in the M&E process and for internalizing  beneficiary feedback in the determination of the NTFPs project and participate regular M&E meeting with project partner, community beneficiary and EPL project staff.
Before graduated from my degree, I was working with Cooperation for Development of Cambodia as a Community Development Facilitator. My responsibilities were to facilitate process of community planning development and providing capacity building to Commune Councilor in term of Disaster Risk Reduction adaption and integrated farming system. I was very active and experiences in organizing the meeting, workshop and conference for my project such as develop the concept note for each event, logistic arrangement, identify participants, invitation, refreshment, material, backdrop and speech for honor guest.
My additional experience, especially working on human resources management, including staff management and implementation, human resources development planning, performance evaluation, participatory management practices, community development, natural resource management (NRM) and capacity building.
